About lernOS
lernOS is an open system for lifelong learning and learning organizations. The functionality of lernOS is described in openly available guides. lernOS can be practiced easily as an individual, in a team, or throughout an entire organization.
If you are starting as an individual, we recommend starting together in a Circle (4-5 people) or at least in a learning tandem (2 people). You can find more information on the lernos.org website. You can easily find fellow learners in the lernOS Community CONNECT.

Advice for the individuals in a company who want to adapt this learning guide to their company culture:
We recommend that individuals in companies (e.g., multiplier networks) adapt this lernOS guide for themselves in order to integrate examples and tools from their own company.
In order to reduce the barriers to entry, adapt the guide to the local IT landscape within the company. Make sure to include the collaboration methods your company uses and include stories appropriate to your experiences.
The guide can of course also be used in parallel by several Circles in the company (Learning Circle Experience). Provide the Circles with templates and a structure to work in.
Note for individuals who want to use the learning guide with others:
We recommend using this guide in a group, as the focus is on the topic of collaboration with other people. Cross-company circles are possible, but the "translation" to the tool level must be done by the participants themselves.
