Kata 12

Kata 12 - Sprint-Review

You have almost reached your goal with your circle. This is the last Kata of the learning path. You talk about your self-reflection on the learning process. If you want, you can also do another retro. You will remember this from Kata 5.

Preparation (individual work)

  • Read the Kata "Sprint-Review", (below) do the exercises.

Agenda (circle/group work)

  • Check-in: (10 minutes)
What has been on your mind this past week in relation to digital collaboration?
    Two-minute timebox per Circle member.

  • Main topic: (45 minutes)
Present your results and findings from the "Kata 12 - Sprint Review" (below) to each other and discuss them.
If there is still time left and you want to, you can also do another retro [Kata 5 - Retrospective].

    • In any case, also discuss how you want to proceed with the jointly created and/or shared documents.

    • Take another look at your Collaboration Canvas. Have you stuck to your common rules of collaboration? Which rules make sense? What would you add?
Take the Collaboration Canvas to your other teams and groups.

  • Celebrate: (as long as you like) celebrate your learning success!
Either today or you can arrange a separate appointment.

  • Check-out: (5 minutes)
    How do you part?
Do you possibly want to meet up again to keep in touch? Perhaps at different intervals?

It's great that you've stuck with it this far and continued to build up your digital collaboration expertise. Click here for the conclusion.

    • What has helped you the most?

    • What were you most surprised about?

    • What's next for you? Which aspect would you like to deepen? What would you like to learn more about?

If you want to do more:

  • Great! You have completed the guide for "digital collaboration".
By the way, there are more lernOS guides on many exciting topics. 😉
